How it works
From the first call to the module in place
No invented timelines: they depend on the model, the island and your town hall. What is fixed is the order.
-
01
We talk about your land
Municipality, land type and access. Before choosing a model we need to know if it's allowed and how the lorry gets in.
-
02
You choose model and finishes
Size, layout, flooring, windows and exteriors. You can walk through them at the Arona showroom.
-
03
Fixed quote
With IGIC, freight to your island and installation itemised, so nothing appears later.
-
04
You handle the permit
With your architect and your town hall. We give you the module's data sheet that the project needs.
-
05
Transport and installation
We take the module to your plot and install it. Transport and installation in the Canaries are included.
The part we do not handle
The permit is something you handle with your architect and your town hall. We manufacture, transport and install, and we give you the module data sheet your project needs. Telling you otherwise would be selling you a service we do not provide.
Tell us where you want to put it?
Tell us the municipality and the type of land and we'll tell you where to start and which model fits. No commitment, and nothing presented as certain when it isn't.
