A modular home that arrives assembled
From 15 to 105 m², expandable and folding, with transport and installation included across the Canaries. And before you ask: yes, you need a permit. We'll tell you which one.
We build and install expandable modular homes across the Canary Islands, with a showroom in Arona and service on every island. Before we show you a model we explain which permit you need, because that is what decides whether you can put it where you want it.
Before you buy
Is a modular home legal in the Canaries?
Yes, but with a permit. The idea that a demountable module escapes the paperwork because it's demountable is the most expensive mistake out there. Here is what the law says, point by point, with the source alongside.
- 1 The law names prefabricated houses, specifically
- 2 "Fixed, mobile or demountable": how it's built doesn't matter
- 3 On rural land, not just any plot will do
How it works
From the first call to the module in place
- 01We talk about your land
- 02You choose model and finishes
- 03Fixed quote
- 04You handle the permit
- 05Transport and installation
Tell us where you want to put it?
Tell us the municipality and the type of land and we'll tell you where to start and which model fits. No commitment, and nothing presented as certain when it isn't.
